About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Center for Student Achievement Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data center infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Center Design and Implementation: Design and implement flawless data center infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of data center infrastructure.
  • Cable Deployment Planning: Plan and execute cable deployment activities, ensuring accurate requirements and following standard methodologies.
  • Product Deployment and Support: Deploy and support NVIDIA products, including installation and quality testing of equipment.
  • Contractor Management: Guide and supervise 3rd party contractors, providing remote support and ensuring successful project execution.
  • Network System Installation: Install various network systems at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality testing of all equipment used in the data center, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Support resolving issues involving data center components, working closely with internal teams and customers.
  • Process Documentation: Document processes and maintain event logs, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience as a data center infrastructure engineer, field service engineer, or similar, with a background in designing and implementing data center infrastructures.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment, with extensive experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining data center equipment.
  • Networking and Virtualization: Solid understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel (25%).
Preferred Qualifications
  • InfiniBand Technology: Knowledge of InfiniBand technology.
  • R&D Collaboration: Collaboration with R&D and network engineering teams.
