About the Opportunity

The F&B Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Food and Beverage, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage outlets and concepts to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  2. Utilize exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and additional languages as required.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professional phone etiquette, providing prompt responses to inquiries.
  5. Prepare daily briefing documents for the Director of Food and Beverage and schedule meetings as necessary.
  6. Effectively manage the Director's diary, responding promptly to emails and messages.
  7. Assist the Director by creating presentations, spreadsheets, and typing correspondence, adhering to strict formatting guidelines.
  8. Verify and update attendance records, clock-in/clock-out records, and vacation plans in a timely manner.
  9. Ensure all correspondence and filing systems are accurate, up-to-date, and maintained flawlessly.
  10. Order office supplies and stationery on a weekly basis, processing expense reports as needed.
  11. Maintain departmental databases, coordinating submission of proposals and planning meetings.
  12. Prepare and distribute monthly and weekly F&B reports, analyses, and information to relevant parties.
Requirements
  1. High School diploma or equivalent is preferred; Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is desirable.
  2. Excellent understanding of guest needs and expectations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and maintaining operational excellence.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Clear communication and computer skills, including MS Office and Hospitality systems.
  6. Minimum 2 years' experience as an order taker in a luxury hotel/resort; Minimum 3 years' experience in F&B operations within a 5-star hotel is preferred.
