Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lobby Ambassador to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our VIP guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests upon arrival and departure
  • Ensure that all guest rooms meet the highest quality standards and include all requested amenities
  • Manage the Lobby Ambassador Desk in the hotel lobby and serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping on room allocations for VIP guests and ensure that all rooms are prepared to the highest standards
  • Be responsible for special room assignments and suite occupancies
  • Ensure that all hotel departments are fully briefed on VIP guest requirements
  • Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers
Requirements
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Computer literate and able to navigate through Company systems
  • Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
  • Guest relations experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors
  • Proven ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs
