Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functionality and tenant satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire leasing process, from property marketing to tenant move-in.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to set competitive rental rates.
  • Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and landlords.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with tenants to address concerns and facilitate maintenance requests.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  3. At least 3-5 years of experience in property leasing or real estate management.
  4. Familiarity with local housing regulations and market dynamics.
  5. Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  6. Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
