We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Compliance Specialist to join our team at Dicetek LLC. As a KYC Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our Know Your Customer (KYC) policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, laws, and industry standards to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain effective KYC policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
  • Onboarding and Refresh: Oversee the onboarding and refresh processes for new and existing customers, ensuring that all necessary KYC documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews and assessments of our compliance procedures and IT systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a KYC compliance role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or risk management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to read and communicate in Arabic being an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
