MENA Recruit Pty Ltd is currently recruiting for a bilingual Arabic/English paralegal to support our US law firm in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to corporate transactions and project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling corporate transactions, including document preparation and execution;
- Liaising with government authorities in-person, by phone, and via email in Arabic;
- Preparing board resolutions, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents in both English and Arabic;
- Managing document preparation, execution, and follow-up processes;
- Coordinating with clients to prepare steps plans for corporate governance actions with local authorities;
- Notarizing documents with private notaries, including preparing underlying documents and making amendments as necessary.
- Strong document management skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent word processing and formatting skills;
- Previous experience in transactional matters is essential;
- Good understanding of legal reviews and document interpretation sections;
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
