Requirements:

  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).
  4. Electrical Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and PCB layout.
  5. Industry Standards: Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and standards, including NEC, IEEE, and IEC.
  6. Embedded Systems Design: Experience with embedded systems design, microcontrollers, and firmware development.
  7. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  9. Design for Manufacturing: Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles.
  10. Professional Engineering License: Professional engineering (PE) license is a plus.
