Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth-running operation, and maintaining a positive image through all guest contact and cleanliness of guest areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work as a team with colleagues to ensure timely service and a seamless guest experience.
  • To understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures regarding guest service, operations, and personal discipline and grooming.
  • To perform every guest interaction in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • To maintain professional telephone etiquette and a perfect understanding of reservation's policies and procedures.
  • To be familiar with the services offered in the restaurant and throughout the hotel.
  • To greet and seat guests in a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the tone for a memorable guest experience.
  • To ensure the front or restaurant area is always covered and the entrance is welcoming and attractive.
  • To check each table for cleanliness and proper setup before guests are seated.
  • To solicit feedback from guests on their experience, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma and at least one year of experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. A passion for excellent service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential requirements.
