Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott International. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Marriott International's standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
