About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Talent Pal. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping to build the Herms Parfum et Beaut image across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Marketing Activation
    • Develop and implement trade marketing plans in collaboration with distributors
    • Activate marketing trade plans in the region, including local market and travel retail
    • Provide feedback and recap quantitative and qualitative results
    • Adapt international guidelines to meet market-specific requirements
  • Ecommerce Activation
    • Open new ecommerce platforms across the region
    • Develop and implement online activation calendars
    • Ensure proper visual merchandising on all platforms
  • Visual Merchandising Activation
    • Contribute to the development of the Visual Merchandising Plan for perfumes and makeup
  • Press and Media
    • Represent the Herms brand with Key Opinion Leaders
    • Collaborate with key distributors on press and media activation
  • Transversal Missions
    • Assist in the preparation of regional seminars and budget follow-up
    • Contribute to Quarterly Reporting consolidation
    • Process suppliers' invoices and complete follow-up charts
    • Support with office tasks, including team meetings and organization
Requirements
  • Degree in business or marketing with relevant experience
  • Strong interest in fragrances, beauty, and Herms core values
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Advanced office automation skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent listening and observation skills with great autonomy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with rigor, organization, and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
