The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Employee Relations Management: Provide advice and support to employees and management, developing positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  2. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that align with our values and legal requirements.
  3. Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and facilitate discussions between employees and management to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations, preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.
