Company Administrator

SOLCO CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER is looking for a highly skilled Company Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administration, with a strong understanding of commercial licensing, MOHRE approvals, and general administration paperwork.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. They will also have prior experience working with government entities, including the Ministry of Health, Municipality, and Notary Public.
- Responsibilities:
- Commercial license application and renewal
- Mohre, Immigration and visa approvals
- General administration paperwork
- Transactions with the Ministry of Health
- Transactions with the Municipality
- Transactions with the Notary Public
- Handle payments, invoices, and expense tracking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree
- Prior administrative experience, particularly in using MOHRE, DED, RTA, and Immigration systems
