About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team at Duncan & Ross. The successful candidate will have a strong background in BIM modeling, excellent collaboration skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate project elements into the BIM model and resolve design conflicts.
  • Produce high-quality design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, to support the BIM model.
  • Conduct analyses and simulations using the BIM model to assess building performance, energy efficiency, and other factors.
  • Utilize industry-standard BIM software, such as Revit and Navisworks, to create, modify, and manage models.
  • E nsure the BIM model meets project standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Deliver technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software.
