  6. Prepare and submit regular reports to provide Management with timely and insightful information on project progress, enabling informed decision-making and strategic project management.
  7. Manage the tendering and awarding process and procedures, ensuring the selection of qualified contractors for bidding and awarding of work within established parameters, fostering competitive procurement practices and securing the best value for the project.
  8. Evaluate Bills of work submitted by contractors/consultants, ensuring compatibility with estimated quantity and cost, and authorizing accurate payments to contractors based on completed work, maintaining financial integrity and contractor satisfaction.
  9. Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to optimize project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
