About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Literary Program Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of education programs that promote literacy and a love of reading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools and their representatives, coordinating external education initiatives.
  • Support the design of education programs, including selecting authors and books for different age groups.
  • Promote the Emirates Literature Foundation and its programs to schools and universities, encouraging partnerships and increasing engagement.
  • Attend education events and provide administrative support, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
  • Collaborate with the Education team to develop and promote year-round educational initiatives.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
