Key Accountabilities:
  • Initiative Leadership: Develop and implement capability development initiatives and training programs that drive business outcomes and professional growth and performance excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
  • Training Execution: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated technology plan that is user-friendly, scalable, and follows best practices.
  • Content Creation: Develop training materials, resources, manuals, and interactive learning tools.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and track/report on training completion rates and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Technical Certifications relevant to the role of Trainer/Facilitator accreditation being highly advantageous.
  • 3 years of experience in training or L&D.
