Key Deliverables:

  • Follow-Up: Actively follow up on sent offers to meet guest requirements.
  • Offer Preparation: Create personalized offer letters that align with guest specifications while adhering to company standards.
  • Event Execution: Tailor and implement events based on the needs of the meeting planner.
  • Communication: Maintain prompt and effective communication with all accounts and prospects.
  • Revenue Maximization: Assess group business opportunities to optimize contributions from available public spaces and achieve budget targets.
  • Lead Yielding: Evaluate all leads prior to sending out offer letters, ensuring proper venue assignment and rate offerings.
  • PMS Management: Ensure that the Sales and Catering PMS is effectively managed and updated in line with company policies.
  • Booking Referrals: Refer any unconfirmed bookings to appropriate sister properties for potential opportunities.
