  • This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, including municipalities, developers, and community representatives, to ensure effective project governance.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in urban planning and master development, including 5 years in the GCC.
  • Strong background in land-use planning, infrastructure integration, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working in an engineering consultancy within a PMC contract.
  • Proficiency in GIS, urban modeling tools, and planning software.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, smart cities, and transit-oriented development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., AICP, RTPI, PEng) is a plus.
