Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive urban studies and strategic plans at local, regional, and national levels.
  • Collaborate on projects requiring professional planning and design expertise, analysis, and research.
  • Analyze data related to economic, social, and physical factors impacting urban development.
  • Promote high-quality plans, reports, and presentations by providing technical inputs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field such as Architecture.
  • Experience in producing conceptual designs and illustrative layouts.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and in-depth understanding of current best practices.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in various design software and 3D modeling tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in urban planning/design or architecture.
  • Professional certifications such as AICP, RTPI.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with a proactive approach and sense of ownership.
