Responsibilities:
  • Support policy onboarding, configuration, and endorsement processing
  • Manage key client transactions and resolve related queries and complaints
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to demonstrate flexibility, accountability, and good communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in the insurance industry
  • High school degree; diploma or higher degree preferred
