About the Role

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance activities of our hotel, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on time. This will include maintaining accurate records of sub meter, chemical treatment and engine room logs, responding promptly to maintenance calls, performing routine maintenance tasks such as electrical and plumbing work, communicating effectively with colleagues and providing assistance as needed, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues and making effective repairs, and maintaining a detailed logbook of work completed during each shift.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position within a 5-star luxury hotel environment. Technical knowledge and expertise in electrical and mechanical repair and maintenance is essential, as is awareness of safe working practices. Strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, flexibility and adaptability are also required.
