About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to fill the position of Design Library Coordinator at Kristinazanic.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the library's inventory, including soft and hard samples, and ensure designers have access to necessary materials.
  2. Coordinate meetings and events with vendors and keep supply cabinets organized.
  3. Support teams by running errands, opening mail, and filing documents.
  4. Discuss project requirements with designers and prepare project requisites, considering materials and costs within set parameters.

As a Design Library Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our design library and supporting our creative teams in their projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with teams to ensure assigned tables are kept tidy when not in use.
  2. Greet and direct visitors, clients, and freelancers.
  3. Clerical tasks such as maintaining the studio mailing list, data entry, and updating suppliers lists.
  4. Open mail, file it to the library or recipient, receive, organize, and distribute packages.
  5. Discuss project requirements with designers, set project requisites, consider materials and costs within set budgets, and produce mood boards for presentation to clients.
  6. Sourcing products, obtaining costs, and coordinating budgets.
  7. Work closely with designers on projects and prepare meeting minutes to record discussions.
