Job Description

The Sales and Event Director will play a crucial role in the ongoing success of Sexy Fish Dubai. This role requires a passionate Event Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the Dubai MICE market and a proven track record in driving sales and event management.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the DMC (Destination Management Companies) and MICE markets.
  2. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  3. Account Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate partners, event planners, and DMCs.
    2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries and negotiations.
    3. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management.
  4. Event Planning and Execution:
    1. Oversee the planning and execution of all events at Sexy Fish Dubai, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.
    2. Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
    3. Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  5. Marketing and Promotion:
    1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive event bookings and sales.
    2. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    1. Prepare regular sales and event performance reports for senior management.
    2. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and event management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai MICE market and established relationships with key players in the industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
