We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at OMRON Healthcare EMEA. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will provide proactive secretarial/administrative support to the designated Commercial Director.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring seamless office operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office facilities, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Arranging and coordinating appointments, conferences, meetings, and events.
  • Assisting the Commercial Director with operational tasks such as insurance renewals, trade license renewals, and office regulatory filings.
  • Preparing expense reports and arranging business travel, hotel reservations, and air tickets in accordance with company policies.
