The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience within a fast-paced international organization, excellent communication skills, and outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide secretarial/administrative support to the designated Commercial Director, including filling out office documents.
- Manage office facilities, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining stationery and pantry supplies.
- Arrange/coordinate appointments, conferences, meetings, and some events.
- Assist with operational tasks like insurance renewals, trade license renewals, and office regulatory filings.
- Arrange business travel, hotel reservations, and air tickets in line with the company's policy and prepare expense reports.
- Support projects and manage them independently upon demand.
- Screen and process direct correspondence, calls, and emails for the Commercial Director; prepare meeting minutes.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2-4 years of relevant recent experience within a fast-paced international organization.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, and strong communication skills.
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office, with great organizational and administrative skills.
- A proactive attitude with strong cultural awareness.
