We are seeking a talented Technology Enablement Manager to join our team at the Dornier Group. This individual will be responsible for staying current with the latest payment processing trends, Visa solutions, and technologies to provide a good client experience.

In this role, you will leverage insights and understanding of local markets and product needs to continually enhance product health in the region and client experience. You will also support periodic operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders, incorporating input, comparison, and client progress against product metrics.

This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of success in a technology, financial or information services business, or at least 8 years of experience in the payments industry. Functional experience in payment cards operations, supporting highly complex clients and/or services, is also required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Payment Processing Trends: Stay current with the latest payment processing trends, Visa solutions, and technologies.
  • Local Market Insights: Leverage insights and understanding of local markets and product needs to enhance product health and client experience.
  • Operational Reviews: Support periodic operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders, incorporating input, comparison, and client progress against product metrics.
  • Technical Skills: Continuous acquisition, application, and refinement of technical skills relevant to the role and payments industry.
