Position: Business Operations Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the real estate team.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the real estate team, scheduling effectively to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Maintain and update property listings and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations, creating engaging content to showcase properties.
  • Provide support to the HRG Real Estate team with various tasks as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and adaptability.
