About Us

Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Food & Beverage professional to join our team as a Colleague Outlet Attendant.

Your Role

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper and hygienic maintenance of our cafeteria. Your duties will include:

  1. Receiving work assignments and supplies, and conducting thorough checks on all tables and back-of-house areas.
  2. Cleaning and sanitizing sink basins, banisters, tiles, kitchen equipment, furniture, and floors in the cafeteria, and replenishing supplies as needed.
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the buffet area and service zones at all times.
  4. Reporting any maintenance requirements or damaged items immediately to management.
  5. Turning in lost and found articles to the housekeeping department before leaving duty.
  6. Greeting colleagues with courtesy and politeness at all times.
  7. Cleaning service areas and preventing loss or breakage during cleaning processes.
Skill Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a high school qualification and relevant experience in a related field. You must possess excellent English communication skills, and additional language proficiency is an asset.
