Position Overview:

The role of the 3D Animation Specialist involves crafting innovative concepts and producing marketing materials for both digital and print formats, adhering to established corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate creative concepts and develop marketing assets for various platforms while following corporate guidelines.
  • Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative briefs.
  • Oversee the entire production process of creative materials from initial concept to final output.
  • Ensure that all creative executions align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content and photography.
  • Create animated videos that align with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Conduct research on media techniques and design innovations.
  • Design and produce engaging multimedia content that meets website specifications.
  • Develop digital images, video animations, and textual animations of high quality.
  • Produce original artwork for digital image processing.
  • Utilize computer animation software to create animated sequences.
  • Record, edit, and encode audio files as needed.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials including flyers, banners, posters, brochures, and business cards.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library.
  • Prepare animated presentations as required.
  • Utilize image banks effectively for selecting images and footage to enhance design projects.
  • Research and refine creative approaches to optimize design amendments.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital strategy and design best practices.
  • Familiarity with copyright laws and creative commons as they relate to design work.
  • Work with innovative products and maintain the company's multimedia assets.
  • Collaborate on multimedia content development projects, including concept creation, copywriting, final output, and distribution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Video Animation, Game Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as an interactive and digital designer in a creative agency or broadcast environment.
  • High proficiency in 3D MAX, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other design software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of print design and digital production techniques.
  • Experience in photo editing, cropping, compositing, retouching, and color correction.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with still photography, videography, and editing is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of typography, layout, color palettes, and design production.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and creative abilities.
  • Exceptional visual communication skills to convey ideas and information in a multimedia context.
  • Innovative approach to design projects with a flair for creativity.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Awareness of current trends and their relevance in a commercial context.
  • Proven skills in design and image manipulation software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to self-development and staying updated with industry trends.
