As an Event Coordinator at KAYALI, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end processes for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution. Your attention to detail and creative vision will drive the success of our events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization, planning, and execution of events that reflect our brand's values and objectives
  • Cross-functional team collaboration to ensure event alignment with brand strategies and timelines
  • End-to-end process development for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution
  • Budget management: creation and maintenance of event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving high-quality results
  • Vendor and partner management: identification, negotiation, and incorporation of service providers
  • On-site event management: oversight of all aspects of the event to ensure smooth logistical and operational elements
