  • Employee Relations: Review and update employee relations-related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with ADAA's Human Resources Regulation. Conduct awareness campaigns related to updates on HR regulations and bylaws to promote employee compliance.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate and prepare pre-employment documentation, conduct new employee inductions/orientations, and process end-of-service documentation.
  • HRIS Administration: Develop, maintain, archive, and update employee databases, conduct periodic reconciliations of HR-related records, and ensure accuracy and validity of information.
