Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire interior design project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to integrate design requirements into the project.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of designers, guiding them in the planning and execution of all activities.
  • Supplier Management: Induct suppliers and contractors based on track record and quote, negotiating for favorable material procurement terms.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects meet quality and design standards.
  • Business Development: Develop and nurture strong business relationships with clients to ensure prolonged and productive business associations.
Requirements:
  • Education: B.Arch. / M.Arch. from leading institutes with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Strong track record of executing prestigious projects, with experience managing the delivery of interior design projects from conceptualization to finalization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate construction/design-related matters, and experience with project management software.
