  • Sales Orders & Invoices: They will process sales orders and invoices in QuickBooks.

  • Accounts Management: The successful candidate will handle accounts payable and receivable.

  • VAT Compliance: They will ensure monthly VAT compliance.

  • Month-End Closing: The candidate will perform month-end closing tasks.

  • Reporting: They will prepare and review financial reports.

  • Master Data Management: The candidate will update customer and vendor data, set sales and purchasing prices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in accounting or finance roles.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.

  • Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and VAT compliance.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.

Location: Dubai

Duration: 6 months

Hours: 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
