• Receive and register all electrical works in the workshop, assigning planning and control measures to optimize workflow.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documenting alterations and deletions in a systematic manner.


• Develop detailed sketches and instructions to describe work to be carried out, ensuring clarity and precision.


• Create comprehensive sketches with precise dimensions and instructions to facilitate the execution of all work within a program.


• Oversee completed works, verify conformity, issue delivery notes, and dispatch gate passes to ensure seamless project execution.


• Exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices, and idleness, promoting a culture of accountability.


• Collaborate with other discipline foremen/supervisors to optimize resource utilization for successful project completion, fostering a team-oriented approach.


• Prepare and communicate daily progress reports to the supervisor, highlighting significant information such as resource shortfalls, surplus, and HSEQ concerns.


• Assist senior foremen and supervisors in planning activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


• Ensure workers are properly equipped with machinery, tools, equipment, and materials, maintaining them in good order and state of maintenance.


• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workers' performance meets established standards.

Experience / Qualifications & Skills:

  • Familiarity with electrical schematic diagrams and other related drawings.
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2000, Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical drawings and diagrams.
