The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the team and management to identify offices to be relocated, ensuring a seamless transition for all parties involved.

  1. Office Relocation Coordination: Work closely with the team and management to identify offices that require relocation, taking into account factors such as space requirements and business needs.
  2. Lease Administration: Prepare and manage lease addendums for relocation, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  3. Tenant Negotiation: Establish and maintain relationships with existing tenants, negotiating relocation terms and ensuring signed documentation is obtained.
  4. System Updates: Assign new units to lease contracts in the systems (Salesforce and SAP), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Facilities Management: Coordinate with the Park Operation Department to move furniture, items, and company tags, and clear the offices.
  6. System Closure: Work with the TSS team to close existing units and create new office units, ensuring a smooth transition.
  7. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end relocation process, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Required Skills
  1. Negotiation and Communication: Possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  2. Presentation and Communication: Be presentable and a good communicator, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Technical Skills: Have prior experience in Salesforce and SAP, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  4. Customer Handling: Possess prior experience in customer handling, with a focus on providing excellent service and support.
  5. Real Estate Knowledge: While not essential, prior experience in real estate would be advantageous in this role.
  6. Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
