We are looking for an exceptional HR Generalist – TA & Onboarding to join our growing HR team at Emirates Flight Catering. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
The HR Generalist – TA & Onboarding will work closely with the TA team to collaborate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, send invites, and maintain accurate candidate records.
In addition, the successful candidate will administer required assessments before interviews, generate reports, and analyze recruitment and onboarding metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role in a fast-paced environment, preferably hospitality, culinary, or aviation.
