About the Role

GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Guest Relations & Concierge Executive. This role requires strong customer service skills, a proactive, patient-centric approach, and the ability to handle concerns and ensure a stress-free experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with reception and administrative teams to optimize scheduling, assist patients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups, and send reminders via calls, SMS, or digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations & Patient Experience:
  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly upon arrival
  • Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Offer personalized assistance, addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide information about clinic services, appointments, and procedures
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve issues efficiently
  • Concierge & VIP Services:
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and special requests
  • Coordinate VIP and international patient services
  • Offer guidance on local amenities and services as needed
  • Appointment & Scheduling Support:
  • Work closely with reception and administrative teams to optimize scheduling
  • Assist patients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups
  • Send reminders via calls, SMS, or digital platforms
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Liaise with medical staff, nurses, and administrative teams
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality when handling patient information

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in hospitality, healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or concierge roles.
