Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the design of roads and highways projects from concept to detailed design stages.

  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments to achieve seamless integration of project components.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • 16+ years of experience in roads and highways design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
