We are seeking an Ultra Fast Grocery Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ultra-fast grocery delivery service.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the management of end-to-end operations for multiple small sites.
- Supervising last mile operations to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Meeting customer-facing metrics, including cost targets and safety standards.
- Developing and implementing training programs for riders.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with experience in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. Proficiency in MS Excel is also essential.
