Account Manager, Strategic Initiatives, Ultra Fast Grocery

We are looking for a key account manager who will play a critical role in managing and growing the key accounts on our platform.

The candidate should be customer obsessed, data driven, effective listener, communicator, and problem-solver with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking.

The candidate will have an opportunity to shape and deliver on the growth strategy for key accounts for the Ultra Fast Grocery MENA business. You will work with market leading external merchants and multiple internal stakeholders like Business, Ops, Finance, and Product teams internally.

Key Job Responsibilities

You will manage various activities including engaging with key accounts on our main areas of focus:

  1. Project management of current stores and pre-launch work for new stores
  2. Drive processes/programs to improve business input metrics on both weekly and long-term basis
  3. Implement SOPs to drive efficiencies in engagement and improve profitability and quality of delivery
  4. Drive In-stock management at scale with merchants to manage customer experience
  5. Engage on continuous selection expansion and drive business growth to improve product availability for customers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 4+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments, and manage multiple priorities on daily/weekly basis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Prior experience in project management, program management, or account management
