Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap.
  • Lead the design and development of user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually improve the product experience.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
  • Analyze user data and metrics to make data-driven decisions on product improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, focusing on UI/UX design.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered design processes.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the travel domain.
