Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement fuel-saving initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize fleet operations.
  • Manage budgeting and cost control, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead innovation and automation projects, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and process improvements.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, leveraging expertise in data science and financial analysis.
  • Represent Flight Operations in executive steering committees and regulatory discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and present executive-level reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation or a related field.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  3. Proven track record of success in fuel efficiency, financial modelling, and strategic project management.
  4. Expertise in procurement processes, emerging airline technologies, and digital transformation trends.
  5. Strong understanding of data science principles, performance measurement, and IFRS financial accounting.
  6. Advanced Excel modelling and data analytics skills.
  7. Project management skills (PMO function) or experience delivering complex aviation projects.
  8. Desirable: knowledge of local and international Civil Aviation Regulations and flight operations experience within a commercial airline.
