About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Operational Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality and safety management systems across our aviation business.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive operational excellence.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and deploying governance processes, and providing guidance and support to unit leaders in implementing quality and safety initiatives.

You will also be responsible for leading risk management processes, including enterprise risk management, business continuity management, safety management system, and occupational health and safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality and safety management, as well as experience in leading teams and driving process improvements.
