As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional entertainment and activities for children and teenagers, while ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Activity Program Coordination: Develop and implement engaging daily programs that cater to diverse age groups, promoting fun and learning.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and furniture in the kids' club area are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
- Guest Relations: Welcome families, sign in children, and facilitate smooth interactions between parents and recreation staff.
- Innovation and Creativity: Collaborate with the Kids Club Manager and/or Supervisor to design innovative activities that provide guests with treasured memories.
- Cleaning and Disinfection: Adhere to cleaning schedules to maintain high hygiene standards in the kids' club facilities, equipment, and furniture.
- Policies and Procedures: Comply with departmental policies and report any incidents or irregularities to the Supervisor promptly.
- Qualifications and Training: Maintain required certifications, including First Aid, and ensure the safe management of the kids' club environment.
We seek candidates with previous experience in similar roles within 4* or 5* hotels in the Middle East. Ideal applicants possess patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both kids and parents. The ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively is also essential.
