  • Fee Strategy Development: Develop and improve solutions to drive efficiencies in the fee setting process (business assessments, fee change execution, and monitoring/audit) and improve Seller experience/clarity on fee-related topics.
  • Reporting and Insights: Report key insights and trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines.
  • Leadership Engagement: Participate in periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership team.
Requirements
  • Program Management Experience: 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Process Improvement Experience: 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Advanced Education: Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
  • SQL Knowledge: SQL knowledge and experience are strongly preferred.
