Job Title: Senior Attorney

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney to join our team at Continental Mercantile Corp. As a Senior Attorney, you will be responsible for client intake through claim resolution, litigation and trial experience, case management, negotiation, and settlement experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience and be an active member of the Washington State Bar in good standing.

Requirements:

  • Strong supervisory skills to manage a team consisting of a paralegal and a legal assistant
  • Personal injury experience with a focus on litigation and trial
  • Experience with case management, negotiation, and settlement
  • Active member of the Washington State Bar in good standing
