Job Overview

The avua company is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Specialist to join our team. This role will involve designing and analyzing structural components of energy projects, including solar farms, wind farms, power plants, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Analysis: Prepare detailed structural engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for energy projects.
  • Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during construction phases, addressing any structural issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in structural engineering with a focus on energy projects.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and regulations related to structural engineering.
