We are seeking a highly skilled Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Job Overview
- This is a challenging role that involves supporting senior engineers in design, analysis, and construction activities for various infrastructure and building projects.
- You will assist in the design, analysis, and evaluation of structural components for buildings, bridges, and other civil infrastructure.
- Additionally, you will perform structural calculations and assist in preparing engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Analysis: Assist in the design, analysis, and evaluation of structural components for buildings, bridges, and other civil infrastructure.
- Calculation and Reporting: Perform structural calculations and assist in preparing engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Site Inspection: Support site inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Review and Collaboration: Assist in reviewing construction drawings, project plans, and material specifications. Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Research and Development: Conduct research on new materials, construction techniques, and engineering solutions. Use engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAP2000 for structural modeling and analysis.
- Documentation: Support the preparation of technical documents, reports, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design, familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, good communication, and teamwork skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
