Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a talent magnet by effectively identifying and engaging top non-technical candidates using innovative sourcing methods.
  • Engage in personalized candidate management, conducting thorough interviews, evaluating qualifications, and creating memorable candidate experiences to build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to craft compelling job descriptions and pioneering recruitment strategies.
  • Challenge the norm by advocating for fresh ideas, questioning existing practices, and influencing decision-making processes to transform talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, refine recruitment tactics, and outperform competitors in the field.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Non-Technical Recruiter or Sourcer, either in-house or within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrate versatility in leveraging various platforms beyond LinkedIn for candidate sourcing activities.
  • Possess a track record of successfully sourcing candidates for roles spanning across different sectors, including technical and non-technical positions at varying seniority levels.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume candidate sourcing, particularly within the call center or customer service domains.
  • Understand the functionality of Boolean search and its application in sourcing activities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in conducting pre-screening calls and managing candidate interactions efficiently.
  • Adopt a personalized approach in candidate engagement, detesting generic communication methods.
  • Embrace a learning mindset, continuously updating skills and staying abreast of emerging industry trends.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills and rely on data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and efficiency in handling tight deadlines and demanding workloads, crucial qualities in a startup environment.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Egyptian market landscape.
  • Fluency in Arabic coupled with excellent English communication skills.
