As an Executive Talent and Culture Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational culture and supporting our workforce at Novotel Hotels. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential functions aimed at fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily Talent & Culture operations with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain and update employee records within our systems to ensure accuracy.
- Establish and organize personal files, contributing to effective documentation practices.
- Support the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Draft and distribute various communications and letters to staff members.
- Coordinate and facilitate social, athletic, and recreational events for employees.
- Compile and present regular reports on Talent & Culture and Training initiatives.
- Monitor and manage annual and probationary performance evaluations for all staff.
- Provide assistance to colleagues regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Possession of a Diploma in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of Labour Law and HR Best Practices, with the ability to support diverse business needs.
